No, we're not playing a guessing game. I really want to know who this person is. I see their work everywhere in Oakland and sometimes Berkeley, but particularly in north Oakland. And now this shop front has appeared, all covered in this style, and doesn't seem to be selling anything, but no activity to be seen. If you have info, share it!
