Looking Over Oakland

These are animals and people who are looking over Oakland, perhaps overlooking it.  This rabbit jumping out of its own skin is particularly disturbing,  but then,  so are some of the people images.  These are all in the eastern part of Uptown Oakland,  not where all the trendy bars are,  where the slightly creepy murals are,  that part.
