Women of Mandela Parkway

Today I went to Brown Sugar Kitchen in West Oakland for the first time and was rewarded by getting to see these lovely murals across the street.  Now whenever someone drives down Mandela Parkway, these women will be watching them.  At the bottom left of the first picture, you can see a muralist hard at work.
