A Dream

Here's Martin Luther King Jr on a mural in the Lake Merrit neighborhood in Oakland.  He's inspiring the young African American children in Oakland to work hard and reach for their dreams.  Unfortunately, African American families with children are moving out of Oakland in greater numbers, and this area is rapidly gentrifiying into a hipsters' paradise.  It's still a nice area, but it's on the move.
