Life is Just Better Down Where it's Wetter

Don't you want to go under the sea when you see this mural?  I, personally,  love looking at pictures of sea creatures, so I love the whale,  eel, and hammer head shark.  But the overall effect is wet and cooling, and draws you in. Also,  this mural is from the seventies but restored in the nineties.  I've seen other seventies Era murals that look really faded and dated. This one looks fresh again.
