Roaring

Great graffiti and art on walls down San Pablo Ave in West Oakland. Roar, and a teepee, and some primary colored shapes on the building.  The building is apartments, and they keep trying to rent them out, but when people see the neighborhood, they change their minds. Soon enough things will gentrify enough that the neighborhood will be desirable and people will jump at the chance to live there.
