Talking Heads

OK this head doesn't actually talk, but it's such realistic art that maybe it could.  And you really just can't top a background of purple roses!  So pretty!
This is in the awkward no man's land of neighborhoods that's above uptown, but it's not yet Temescal. It seems to be called Koreatown Northgate, but does anyone really call it that?  Hmm...
