Well if it isn't the famous Miss Betty Boop, right here in Oakland! 
She and her cartoon friends are here to brighten up a rainy Friday. These close up shots feature Sylvester the Cat, Betty Boop's arch enemy, yogi bear,  boo boo,   and another little bear who's name slips my mind. The whole piece is brought to us by irot, and it's in downtown Oakland, inside one of the many construction tunnels.
