These are some of the excellent examples of cool and varied architecture on display in Oakland.  Love the art deco tile work,  there are plenty more examples of this.  I also love flat iron buildings,  as I suspect everyone does,  and this is a fancy one that rises high above the city. Then there are some nice details that I spied on buildings in downtown area.
