Jacaranda Time

I love these beautiful purple flowers so much!  I've loved jacaranda flowers ever since I first saw them in Southern Africa, and I'm delighted to find that they bloom here too.  They look shadowy to me,  the tree looks kind of gray most of the time when you look straight at any one part of it,  but the tree as a whole looks beautifully purple.
